Maddi joined Absolute in 2018 as a Spin Instructor.

Maddi brings a therapeutic aspect to her training programs at Absolute and she pushes her clients to achieve their goals with a determination that is infectious.

With a real passion for massage and rehabilitation, Maddi is dedicated to making clients mobility and fitness goals become a reality.

My clients story is so important to me, I love making people feel better via rehabilitation, mobility and fat loss.

Nothing puts more of a smile on my face than see a happy client who has achieved their goals.

I will always be realistic within your training and take into account your personal circumstances and lifestyle.

My motto is: Slow and steady wins the race. Patience and time will get you much further than no patience and limited time.

Ryan’s journey with absolute started in January 2018 as a client, becoming a PT in 2021.

Having lost over 9 stone using the Absolute Training model, Ryan is able to connect with clients on a truly personal level.

Ryan brings a real passion for helping clients work on their long-term goals, changing mindset and overall wellbeing of the mind and the body .

“I take a real personal approach to personal training and like to make sessions enjoyable and interesting for my clients. I feel I am a ‘go the extra mile’ type of PT and invest heavily in the personal journeys of my clients.
I am considerate and understanding to clients emotions and well being when embarking on weight loss journey, because I understand the highs and lows.

Jaime joined Absolute in 2020 as a Personal Trainer.

With a wealth of experience in rehabilitation and endurance training, Jaime works with clients to improve mobility, stability, injury prevention and maximising the fundamentals of strength training. All of this and more give Jaime a sporting edge when it comes to Personal Training.

Jaime’s main passion is sport performance and mobility for athletes and endurance clients.

“I fell in love with the fitness industry way back when I was lucky enough to get a chance to work for a fitness company on my work experience.

Realising quickly this was all I wanted to do, I pushed myself to learn as much as possible to be the best I could be and this is what I try to install in my clients here at Absolute.

I always design programmes molded to my clients goals and needs, with a high attention to detail. My clients journey at Absolute mean so much to me and this helps me thrive.
