Hi, always wanted to join a gym but all the ones I tried never very comfortable. Was always thinking everyone was looking at me and laughing. So not having any confidence in myself I always opted out.
Now I have come to a stage in my life a lot older and now retired a lot of spare time. Like all older women we tend not to like our body as we get older. So I came across this gym on Google and after reading all the reviews decided to try one last time.
I will be honest I didn’t get off to a good start as I have lost a lot of confidence and thought it was going to happen again. But I decided no you must carry on , don’t give it and see.
Went back and I can honestly say it’s the best thing I have ever done. This week have booked three slots and cannot to go again. So if I remind you of myself please go for it you will never regret it. Staff are so friendly and do their job amazing. Everyone they treat differently.
