Why do you do what you do?
Ever since I had the opportunity to work in a gym through work experience at school I knew this was what I was passionate about. To work alongside clients to improve their quality of life and achieve their own fitness goals. To have that rewarding feeling when I leave work knowing I've helped someone improve, change habits and succeed in becoming a stronger, fitter and a healthier self.
When you aren't in the gym, where would we find you?
Spending quality time with my family.

Olympic lifting and Plyometrics

What do you listen to when you work out?
Mostly British based Indie stuff covering from the 60's to modern day.
What's something that inspires you?
Watching people achieve goals that they felt were unreachable for them mentally and physically.
