Who am I?

Being born in Ascot I moved to Devon 20 years ago where I grow up in the small village of West Down (yes a bit of a shock move) My main focus is to bring energy, fun and exciting training techniques backed up by over 10 years of experience working in the fitness industry. I’ve worked to get myself knowledgeable in the industry with 3 diplomas and a Bsc Health & Nutrition Degree.

Why do you do what you do?

My philosophy focuses on continual life-long learning as I work toward enhancing the well-being of all my clients.

By empowering my clients with the knowledge, skills, support, guidance and resources I can assist and inspire them on their journey to a healthier life.

Together we will transform your quality of life through active participation in regular fitness and the integration of individual tailored nutritional programing, to make your health goals become a reality, in a caring, fun, and dynamic environment.

What is my favourite type of training?

My passion lies in the weight room. I love to learn from others, different techniques, styles and type of strength and conditioning. Currently dieting for my first physique show I July 2016.

What is my favourite cheat meal?

Not very often I have a cheat meal but if I had to say… it would have to be a stone backed pizza or hand made burger or steak and chips or roast dinner or pancakes or cheesecake or chocolate cake
