Personal trainer Barnstaple: Time Challange Thursday AMRAP 1

 Warm up then perform rounds of:

7 press ups, 7 squat thrusts, 7 walkouts, 7 squats, 7 lunges:

Repeat as many times as you can in 10 minutes

and see how many rounds you can do

post your results
