  • 1 1/2 cups baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 tbsp flaked almonds
  • Fresh basil leaves

 

Method:

  • Add spinach to a large salad bowl.
  • Chop broccoli, tomatoes, and hard-boiled eggs and add to salad bowl.
  • Sprinkle with flaked almonds and fresh basil leaves.
