These are quick and easy to make, high in protein perfect for a snack or you can add fresh tomato sauce and rice as a balanced meal
(Serves 5)
Ingredients:
50g of fine oats (you can blend normal oats if you wish)
600g of chicken breast
Fresh black pepper, cayenne powder – add to taste
Directions:
1. Cut the chicken breast into pieces
2. Add the chicken, oats, eggs and spices to a blender then blend until completely combined.
3. Roll the mixture into 20 evenly shaped balls (roughly the size of golf balls)
4. Either place the chicken balls on a tray and put them in a pre-heated oven on 180 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes or fry the chicken balls on a pan for 12 minutes on a low heat.
