As someone looking to build muscle, starting can be the hardest place. It doesn’t matter how experienced you are, deciding on a plan that will help you achieve your dream body can be hard. This is where we step in. We can use our 15+ years experience to work with you; we won’t just offer you a standard plan that could be easily found online.

At Absolute, we combine nutrition and training, making changing your physique easier than ever. Our PTs know what it takes to get you the results you’re after and this will become noticeable after starting with us. Training in a chain gym can be daunting – lots of people who know what they’re doing and machines that you’re unfamiliar with – we take that out of the equation. We are a private training facility so there are no crowds of people to ignore. You can commit fully to your workout, helping you reach your objective.

Building muscle is a slow process that can only be achieved by showing up and giving 100%. Our small group classes are great for accountability. Not only will our PTs check-in with you, offering advice and following up on your nutrition planning but you’ll train with people who have similar goals in mind. 
 
Your lifestyle has a bigger impact on training than you may imagine. The beauty of our small group personal training sessions is that it is made with you in mind. We take this into consideration when onboarding you and find a time that fits into your busy schedule.
 
Our PTs are here to support you. We want you to succeed as much as you do, which is why we will check-in with you weekly, as well as be reachable to answer any questions you have. Building muscle takes perseverance, so we’re here to help. As your PT, we will be able to recognise when your programme needs changing, you need to take a break or something isn’t working.
