SPIN at Absolute are coached cycling classes with groups of like-minded people and making use of the best equipment on the market.
What is Spin class?
At a standard gym, a spin class consists of a set period of time on a standard stationary bike where an instructor guides you through your workout, however, at Absolute, it’s so much more.
With state-of-the-art spin bikes, a screen following your ride and allowing you to cycle through landscapes around the world, immersive lights and music and your spin instructor, a spin class at Absolute can really raise your heart rate.
What are the benefits of Spin class?
Spin class is a great, low-impact exercise that is sure to build muscle whilst increasing your cardiovascular health. You can push yourself to your limits without risking injury and burn body fat whilst you do so. Indoor Cycle class is a great way to help reach your fitness goals and improve your fitness level without having to rely on the British weather. As well as that, stress relief and the feeling of accomplishment you will feel at the end of your 30-minute class also provide a great incentive.

And, with a range of classes throughout the week you can train at different times or align your independent training to finish off with a 30-minute spin class.
