Our class program is designed to get incredible results from the first week you start

By week 1-2, most of our clients lose between 2 and 4 pounds. They feel more energetic and they love seeing their fitness increase .

Weโ€™ll focus on the basics so that you get confident and ENSURE weโ€™re going the right direction. PROGRESSION
By the time week 4โ€™s done, MOST have dropped a dress size/trouser size and KNOW they look different.

These are the weeks people usually lose motivation, We will make SURE you don't get bored and stay focused
Once weโ€™re at the end of week 6, average weight loss is 12-15 pounds, and most are closing in on 2 dress sizes/ trousers sizes lost.
