What is BURN?
Our bodyweight BURN classes are fitness classes that offer a boot camp experience. You’ll be coached by one of our professional trainers as you spend 30 minutes improving your fitness through intense body weight exercise that we know will give you results. BURN classes are also fun and varied from week to week. Although you’ll be working hard you’ll also get to the end of the class with a sense of achievement and eager for the next session!

Our BURN fitness classes will give you a great workout in a set period of time, so are great for those who are struggling to fit training into a busy schedule. BURN offers a no-nonsense approach to fitness classes, all coached by our expert personal trainers. You’ll be able to up your heart rate, and improve your fitness, burn fat and have a great time.
Who can take part in BURN?
Anyone is invited to BURN at Absolute, whether you train with us or are just looking for a fitness class near you.
No matter your current level of fitness, all of our BURN classes are led by a trainer who will give options for those who are just getting started or for those who want to push it to the max, and we are happy for you to take a breather if you need as well! We simply want to make sure you get the most out of every BURN fitness class.
How can BURN fit into an existing training program?
BURN classes are a great way to really take your training up a notch. With a fixed timetable, you can get a session in before work in the morning or arrange your training around it, using it as a way to warm up or add an extra push to the end of your usual training.
You can also access BURN as part of our Personal Training memberships either One to One training programme or Small Group Personal Training Program entirely free of charge.
