“I train, so I can eat what a like”

No.

I would love to eat whatever I like and stay in shape, but it just doesn’t work that way. Yes, training increases the calories you burn, but not enough to just shovel in any food you fancy. Enjoy the foods you love – but occasionally and in moderation.

If you mess up (don’t worry, we all do!) and go a little overboard forget about it, move on and make better choices. Don’t use exercise as a punishment, it will promote an unhealthy relationship with between exercise and food.
