Spot reduction is NOT a thing.

Being asked “how can I get rid of this bit, just here” has become the daily norm for me.

Everyone has a problem area/ or multiple areas, because fat loves to come to the party, but hates to leave! You may spot great improvement in certain ares but others just refuse to budge. This is where “spot reduction” comes in and rears it’s ugly head. You have probably seen it advertised before; when you carefully target a specific area to drop fat from; unfortunately this does not exist and is scientifically impossible.

HOWEVER (and this is key) you can, of course, reduce the physical/ visual impact of these areas by reducing overall body fat and increasing muscle mass.

Just please don’t believe anything that promises ‘spot reduction’ it doesn’t work.
