WHAT IS BURN?

Our bodyweight burn classes are fitness classes that offer a boot camp experience. You’ll be coached by one of our professional trainers as you spend 30 minutes improving your fitness through basic exercise that we know will give you results. Our classes are also fun, although you’ll be working hard you’ll also get to the end of the class with a sense of achievement and eager for the next session.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF BURN?

Our burn classes will give you a great workout in a set period of time, so are great for those who are struggling to fit training into their busy schedule. They offer a no-nonsense approach to fitness classes, with guidance from our expert trainers. You’ll be able to up your heart rate, and improve your fitness, burn fat and more.

WHO CAN TRAIN BURN?

Anyone is invited to burn at Absolute, whether you train with us or are just looking for a fitness class near you. 

And, you don’t need to worry about fitness level. All of our classes are led by a trainer who will give options for those who are just getting started or for those who want to push it to the max, and we are happy for you to take a breather if you need as well - we simply want to make sure you get the most out of every session.

HOW CAN BURN FIT INTO MY TRAINING PLAN?

Burn classes are a great way to really take your training up a notch. With a fixed timetable, you can get a session in before work in the morning or arrange your training around it, using it as a way to warm up or add an extra push to the end of your usual training.

You can also access Burn as part of our 30-Day Challenge entirely free of charge. Although we ask that you only do this on top of your scheduled training and not instead of.
