At Absolute, we go above and beyond with everything we do and our group classes are no different. We currently have three classes on offer throughout the week, offering multiple sessions a day meaning whatever your schedule, there is bound to be something to suit you.
Coached fitness classes let you burn more calories in a short amount of time helping you lose fat and improve fitness. As well as that, you can learn new skills, meet new people and improve strength and cardiovascular fitness. Every class on offer at Absolute is coached by one of our qualified personal trainers and is easily tailored to fit any fitness level, so whether you are a beginner or frequent visitor you’ll get a great session, guaranteed.
