This fish with asparagas recipe is packed full of flavors and textures. It is also very high in protein, low in fat and very low in carbs

Ingredients (Serves 2):

300 g of any other white fish
1 egg
2 egg yolk
400 g asparagus
Fresh black pepper and salt

Take the asparagus, rinse the spears and break off the tough ends.
Fill a large pot with water and add salt. Bring to a boil over high heat. Add asparagus. Boil, approximately 2 to 6 minutes.

Remove the asparagus, place on a kitchen towel and pat dry before serving.
Heat up a pan on medium heat.
Season the catfish with fresh black pepper and salt and grill or pan fry the catfish.

Add the egg and the 2 egg yolks to a saucepan over low heat. Stirring frequently till it becomes thick. Heat on low and keep stirring, will thicken in time. Add salt to taste. When it starts to thicken remove immediately and keep stirring. Serve and enjoy.
