Chicken Sweet Potato Tarts Recipe

Ingredients (3 serves):

250 g chicken breast /filet
100 g sweet peppers
250 g sweet potatoes
1 egg
Chilli powder
fresh black pepper

Directions:

Step 1 – Firstly Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes then boil or steam the potatoes until soft
Step 2 – Wash then cut the sweet peppers into little pieces
Step 3 – Heat up a pan and fry for a few minutes the sweet peppers then add some chilli powder
Step 4 – Add the chicken breast sweet peppers, sweet potatoes, the egg and the black pepper into a blender or food processor then blend
Step 5 – Pre heat a oven at 180°C then put the blended mixture in small tart forms on a baking sheet then cook for 25 minutes
