Ingredients (Serves 4):
For The Base:

1 egg                                                                                                                                                                                                                                500 g chicken breast/filet
black pepper & salt
optional: chilli powder or pizza spices for example oregano, parsley etc.

For the Topping:
1 bell peppers (1/2 green, 1/2 yellow)                                                                                                                                                                       1/2 onion
125 g low fat mozzarella
125 g mushrooms
Tomato sauce (mix some normal and concentrated)
pizza spices for example oregano, parsley etc.

Step 1 – Put the chicken in a blender or food processor and blend
Step 2 – Add the blended chicken, egg, pepper & salt and chilli powder (optional) in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
Step 3 – Pat into the base of a baking dish so that the whole base is covered. (I put first some baking paper in the baking dish) Or spread on a baking paper covered baking tin.
Step 3 – Pre-heat oven at 200 degree Celsius and cook pizza crust for about 20- 30 minutes or until the mixture is a dark brown. Then let it cool down for about 10 minutes
Step 4 – Then spread the tomato sauce on the pizza crust then add the rest of your toppings and then place back in the oven and cook for a further 15-20 minutes
