Ladies and Gentlemen of Braunton. Im Wayne owner and founder of Absolute Training and Nutrition based in Barnstaple. For 20 years we have been helping people with their health and fitness goals. We have helped thousands improve their health, drop pounds, do total body transformations, build body confidence and live healthier happier lives.

We are looking at Braunton as our next potential location and all we would like you to do is fill out the form to indicate to us it’s something you would be interested to know more about.

Our Braunton facility will be a very intimate and exclusive place having no more than 6 people at a time. We focus mostly on 1-1 coaching and small group PT exclusively at our facility in Barnstaple.

Our facility in Barnstaple has state of the heart diagnostics so we know exactly the best way forward for you and you would have full access to these as a Braunton member. We also have an exclusively private gym and again you can use this as a Braunton member.

There is so much more that we do that helps people see insane results, however to keep this short and to the point we won’t go into it all here.

The proposal for Braunton would be to bring our evidence based coaching that helps people see fantastic results to Braunton. We would do this in small groups of no more than 6 at a time, giving people a more personal coaching experience.
