Who am I?

I’m Matt and I am one of the Absolute Training and Nutrition coaches/PT’s. I’ve been in the industry now for 2 years after qualifying in February 2014, and have now found that this is where my passion lies.

Why do you do what you do?

I strive to be the best in all that I do and ultimately achieve all the goals I set. This goes for my clients as well as there’s nothing better than seeing someone where they want to be. My passion and drive is sharing my knowledge and skills with others to ensure that they progress and meet their targets in both health and fitness.

What is my favourite type of training?

My favourite type of training always takes place in the weight room. Whether it’s light or heavy and no matter which part of my body is being trained, this is always where I enjoy myself most.

What is my favourite cheat meal?

Pizza, lasagne, spaghetti; pretty much anything carby and saucey.
