So the whole reason you started training was to lose weigh, get leaner and become a better you right?

After all the epitome of a well development and looked after body is those rock hard abs, yes?

What if I told you there was something more, something we have been neglecting for years- not just something, two things we often ignore.

What are they? What’s more important than a great body?

The two forgotten H’s of course, happiness and health, you could get the body of your dreams but who cares unless you’re happy and healthy?

What really matters is what’s going on in your head and inside your body. Be happy and be healthy two things that your fitness journey can help you achieve and you may just get that body you wanted as an added bonus!
